During this class, you'll learn a healing method with origins in Japan. The class combines lecture, discussion, demonstration, meditation and practice time. Each student experiences giving and receiving each technique presented. In addition to the history of Reiki, students will learn about energy centers and fields, hand placements, scanning, energy cleansing, and ways to incorporate Reiki Level 1 into daily life and work. An instruction manual is provided upon registration.

About the instructor: Sherry Helmke, IARP, began her practitioner studies in Omaha and completed Reiki Master training and Karuna training in Washington state. She enjoys sharing the practice and supporting students in integrating Reiki into their daily lives.
