An Introduction to Medical Qigong - Daoyin Qigong

Omaha Whole Living is pleased to offer Daoyin Qigong with Suman Barkhas!

The aim of Qigong is to harmonize the Qi – all of your vital life forces – thus attaining optimum physical and psychological health and resistance to illness.

Dao is stillness or deep calm, which is regarded as the principle ingredient of the Qigong “prescription.” Yin refers to the movement characteristics inherent in Daoyin practice. Daoyin exercises are continual slow, smooth movements guided by postural principles.
