Hi! I’m Shannon Murray (she/her/hers). My passion is empowering people to live the life of their dreams! I truly believe in every person’s ability to realize their innate worth, to heal, to grow, step into their personal power, reach their goals, and to feel great while doing it! I offer holistic wellness services and supports, with emphasis on the mind-body-soul connection. Whether I’m providing energy healing, a wellness coaching session, or teaching a Reiki class, I draw upon my education and experience in social work, counseling, coaching, Reiki, herbalism, and plant-based nutrition to provide an individualized and whole-person approach to wellness.
