There is a Tai Chi form, Yang 24–a short version of Tai Chi composed of 24 unique movements. This set is known world wide and is a perfect way to begin a Tai Chi practice.

It is true that to learn and discover the many layers of Tai Chi takes dedication and years of practice—so let’s get started! Within a few simple movements, you’ll realize your own “why” for practicing Tai Chi.

Tai Chi has a number of applications. It can be studied from a martial arts perspective (king fu in slow motion) an internal energy perspective (cultivation + moving Qi), it can be practiced as a moving meditation and as form of low impact training or rehabilitation.

Sarah Brandt, founder of Tai Chi Methods, is an experienced Qi Gong, Dao Yin, Tai Chi and Yoga instructor. In 2001 she began studying traditional Hatha Yoga with Susi Amendola of YOGA NOW. Sarah is also a direct student of Master Wudang Chen from whom she has received teachings in: Taoist Energy Healing, Chinese Numerology, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Alchemy & Taoist Priest Studies.

With over 5,000 teaching hours, Sarah has developed continued education programs for health practitioners, Montessori yoga series for pre-school children, course curriculum for University of Nebraska at Omaha. She also works individually with: patients of stroke recovery & Parkinson's, actors, musicians, athletes and professionals.
