Land of Milk and Honey Herbs is an Omaha-based herbal health business.  Much of what we need to improve our health is growing right outside of our doors.  We are only a generation or two away from those who understood these gifts of nature.  It is my goal to help reintroduce you to this knowledge.

As a Clinical Herbalist, I offer personal consultations to discuss your wellness concerns and use traditional herbal assessment techniques to determine an herbal protocol to help bring you back into balance.

In my heart, I run my business as a community herbalist.  I try to be there for my clients whenever the need arises.  I also encourage and empower my clients with the knowledge that they need to take a more proactive role in their health through a variety of classes that I offer, consultations, and community outreach.

Health Coaching sessions are for those who are ready to begin a new chapter in their health journey. I will coach you through making lasting changes in your health that includes empowering you with knowledge about nutrition and how to make better food choices. I will share meal planning tools, recipes, and simple tips to help support you in healthy eating. Coaching will not push one diet over another but I can help you with any diet you are choosing to follow.

I will also encourage and support you as we look at other basic pillars of health such as getting good sleep, exercise, and other lifestyle suggestions. Together we can make real change in a your life!

Not all clients will be able to pay a typical amount of money for a session. That is anticipated and totally great. I trust that whatever is given is offered out of generosity within each client's unique situation.
